Refund policy

Due to the tender age of our little customers and their very vulnerable immune systems, Danoah does not accept returns for change of mind. We hope that you can appreciate this stance we have taken but the health and safety of your little one is our priority. So you can be assured the product you are receiving has been made specifically for you and sent directly to you.
Only if our product is faulty (which would be very rare) will accept returns and issue full refunds. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. Just contact us at sales@danoah.com.au and we will make things right!
A order can be cancelled up to 12 hours after it is placed. After the 12 hours has lapsed we don't not accept cancellation of orders.
