Shipping and Processing Times

All orders are handmade so please allow 5-10 working days for processing (or otherwise stated on the listing) of order being placed (sometimes sooner).

 

  • AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via sAustralia Post and are generally received *2-3 business days once posted with standard tracked shipping. You are also able to choose "express post 1-2 business days" at checkout as well and this also has tracking.

*These are expected delivery times and are not guaranteed. You can find the current delivery times for your area on the Australia Post website. 

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders placed outside Australia will be shipped via International Express with tracking. All countries have different delivery times and depending on the country will decide wether there is tracking available. If you are concerned about delivery time and tracking options, please contact me using the contact page and I can answer any questions. Please do this before you place any order to avoid disapointment.

 

Q. Am I able to track my order?

A. YES! Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification with your tracking number. 



Q. What payments methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay & Apple Pay



Q. Where are your products made?

A. All our products are handmade in Sydney Australia



Q. Do you do custom orders / changes?

A. SOMETIMES. You can always ask the question! It all depends on what your are wanting. But there is a surcharge on all custom orders, but once again that depends on what you are wanting to change. Just contact us via the contact page and we will get back to you within 24 hours (more that likely much sooner than that)



Q. Do you accept returns?

A. We do not accept returns for change of mind. If there is a fault with our product, which would be a very rare thing, we accept returns and will replace your item straight away. 

Due to the young age of our customers and their susceptible immune systems, we do not accept returns. So you can be assured that your product has been specifically made for you and only you.
